Legislative leaders are now refusing to adequately fund Prop. 36. Voters overwhelmingly approved Prop. 36 in November of 2024. The common-sense measure won in every single California county because voters agree we must hold people accountable for multiple retail thefts and require treatment for those who need it the most.

We also just voted to fund new treatment beds with Proposition 1 in March of 2024. Tell Sacramento politicians – build the beds and make the small investments now in implementing Proposition 36 that will protect small businesses, save consumers billions, use mandatory treatment to reduce the homeless population, and save lives!
